• Free shipping on orders above ₹3000

• COD is not available
Shipping Partners
India: Bluedart, Delhivery, India Post — chosen based on delivery speed & pincode serviceability.
International: India Speed Post / DHL / FedEx (depending on destination & feasibility)
Shipping Time
• Orders are dispatched within 3–4 working days from the date of purchase.
• We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, National or Festive holidays.

International delivery timelines may vary due to customs clearance or public holidays in the destination country, which are beyond our control.
If an incorrect address or phone number prevents successful delivery, resulting delays or returns will be the customer’s responsibility.
Tariffs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Customs duty, tariffs, VAT and import taxes are applicable based on the importing country’s regulations and are to be borne by the customer.
These charges, if applicable, will be billed directly by the courier partner at the time of delivery.
We are unable to estimate or quote these duty fees in advance.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp notification with your tracking details, allowing you to follow your shipment easily.
Additional Notes
• One order can be shipped to one delivery address only.
• If you need items to be shipped to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
• By default, one order ships in one box/parcel. If you require individual packaging, write to us — we'll try our best to accommodate.
📦 Secure Packaging & Tamper Safety
At Aham Jewellery, every order is carefully packed and double-sealed to prevent damage or tampering during transit. Since our jewellery carries both emotional and material value, we ensure safe handling from our studio to your doorstep.
In the rare case of courier mishandling, proper documentation helps us support you quickly and effectively.
🔒 All orders ship with tamper-proof packaging
If the parcel looks opened, resealed, damaged or tampered, kindly do not accept delivery.
Accepting a parcel will be treated as confirmation that it was received intact and secure, and the responsibility thereafter lies with the customer.
🎥 Order Opening Video (Important)
Since our jewellery is high-value and handcrafted, we request customers to record a video while opening their parcel.
This serves as proof in case of missing items, wrong product, or tampering, and is necessary to file a courier claim if needed. For complete transparency, we record packing videos of every order before dispatch.
Your unboxing video must include:
🟢 One continuous shot (no cuts/pauses)
🟢 The sealed parcel shown clearly from all sides
🟢 Full opening process until product is fully visible
🚚 Delivery & Dispute Reporting
To ensure quick resolution, any delivery-related concern must be reported within 24 hours of the parcel being marked delivered.
Issues covered under this clause include:
• Delivered but not received
• Missing items inside package
• Incorrect item received
• Empty parcel received
