Cancellation, Return and Exchange
- Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order, ONLY in the case if your order is not yet shipped.
- Orders already Shipped cannot be cancelled.
- You can call us at 8884445300 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel your order.
- Cancelation fee of 3% bank transaction charges will be deducted at the time of refund for cancelled orders incase of Debit/Credit card/NEFT, Wallet payments
- Cancellation fee of 8% will be deducted at the time of refund for cancelled orders paid via Paypal.
- Or a credit note for the full amount can be issued against the cancelled order which will be valid for 6 months.
We do not allow for exchanges and returns
- Returns and exchanges will ONLY be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product.
Please check all information on sizes, length, weight, finish before placing your order.

In case of a return due to damage or incorrect product
- Please email us at email@example.com with a photograph of the product and the package within 24 hours of receipt
- Once we approve the return, we will let you know on the most convenient method for sending the shipment back.
We will issue a refund to the credit/debit card/ your bank account.
Refunds will only be made within a week after we have received the shipment.
- We aim to process all returns/refunds within a months time of the issue being raised.
